Upserve Is Now an Independent Company

Upserve is now an independent company, owned by Skyview Equity, a private equity firm that invests in software and payments businesses.

For restaurants on Upserve, nothing about your day-to-day changes. Same POS, same login, same data, same support team. What's different is the focus: renewed investment in the product built specifically for independent, full-service restaurants.

Skyview's Bob Bellack, interim CEO of Upserve, put it plainly:
